  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing and using the CRS Online Ticketing System, all users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Authorized Users
    Access to the system is limited to officially designated personnel from the National and Regional Program Management Offices of the Walang Gutom Program. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or use for personal or non-official purposes is strictly prohibited.
  3. Purpose
    This system is intended solely for the purpose of monitoring, tracking, and managing official requests from Regional Program Management Offices. It must be used only for activities directly related to program implementation, communication, and service coordination.
  4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
    All data submitted to or accessed through the system must be handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable government regulations. Users must ensure that no information is shared or disclosed beyond authorized personnel and official duties.
  5. Accuracy and Timeliness
    Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data and information encoded or submitted through the system. Prompt response to assigned requests is expected to maintain service efficiency and program integrity.
  6. System Integrity and Security
    Any attempt to modify, disrupt, or compromise the system—including introducing malicious software, tampering with data, or bypassing security features—is strictly forbidden and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
  7. Monitoring and Audit
    User activities within the system are subject to monitoring and may be audited to ensure compliance, performance evaluation, and system integrity.
  8. Support and Maintenance
    Technical support, user guidance, and regular system updates will be provided by the National Program Management Office. Users are encouraged to report system issues, suggestions, or security concerns through official support channels.
  9. Revisions to Terms
    These Terms and Conditions are subject to change as necessary. Users will be notified of any updates, and continued use of the system signifies agreement to the revised terms.
  10. Non-Compliance
    Violations of these Terms and Conditions may lead to access restrictions, administrative sanctions, or other disciplinary measures as provided under relevant organizational and civil service policies.
